A bespoke, Metro-inspired user interface was designed and developed to provide an accessible gateway to the council's services.

Task

To develop a cutting-edge user interface for the council’s website, enhancing its role as the customer’s preferred channel of communication.

Result

A uniquely themed user interface that takes a bold step away from tradition. By focusing on top tasks and using colour-coordinated service areas, I enabled the council’s customers to intuitively locate content. 

A holistic approach to design and development ensured the website met accessibility standards and functioned seamlessly across multiple devices, allowing users to access council services on the move.
